We have been customers of CFS for a long time. We have used them for a heat pump installation and various plumbing needs. They are very friendly and responsive, their technicians are top-notch, and their prices are fair. Service-after-sale is excellent. We have recommended CFS to others and they are just as happy as we are with the value received. If it comes to HVAC or plumbing, we would not use anyone but CFS.

Brad was very efficient and punctual. He arrived when he said he would and got the job done in a very timely manner. Very personable and professional and gave advice on the system with regards to maintenance without trying to sell us anything in "upgrades or extended warranties etc. I would not hesitate to use Nichols and Phipps in the future, plus the price was very reasonable

Saved the day!I would give 10 stars if I could. I was in pinch caused by an appliance delivery company. We inherited this company from the previous home owners and what a blessing. Because they’ve worked on our house for a long time, they understand and come prepared for the complexity. They have, what I think, is fair pricing, quick responses to emails and inquiries, and excellent follow up. They recommend additional services when it’s in the customer’s best interest and it’s honest.Today Drew, and a few others, replaced our well pump and pressure tank.
